Attendee feedback
The SweeAnalytics Feedback view gathers the answers to your satisfaction surveys: average rating, net promoter score, completion rate and the detail of each response. Surveys are sent by email or SMS through an event automation.
How feedback is collected
Section titled “How feedback is collected”Feedback is only collected with a survey-type automation, scheduled for example the day after the event.
-
In the dashboard, open the event, then the Automation tab.
-
Click Add a automation, name it (for example “D+1 Feedback”) and pick its send date.
-
On the automation card, click Edit content and choose Email Feedback or SMS Feedback.
-
Write the message, then activate the automation.
The settings (recipients, filters, sender) are explained in Automations. Automations require a subscription.
When you save the content, Sweescape automatically creates an online feedback form (hosted by the Tally service) for this automation. Each attendee receives a personal link to the form:
- by email, the starting template of the email builder contains a Give my feedback button pointing to the form. If you rebuild the email, insert the Feedback form link variable on a button or a link;
- by SMS, the link is added automatically at the end of your message.
The form’s questions are prepared by Sweescape and cannot be edited from the dashboard.
Read the results
Section titled “Read the results”-
In SweeAnalytics, expand the event in the left menu and click Feedback.
-
If the event has several surveys, choose one in the tabs at the top of the view. Each tab is named after its automation.
Without a survey, the view shows “No feedback found. Please create an feedback automation to see the statistics.”
Average Rating
Section titled “Average Rating”The Average Rating card shows the score out of 5, the number of reviews taken into account (“Based on N total reviews”) and a histogram from 1 to 5 stars.
The rating is read from the first form question that attendees answer with a whole number from 1 to 5.
Net Promoter Score
Section titled “Net Promoter Score”The Net Promoter Score card sorts the 1-to-5 ratings into three groups:
- Promoters: a rating of 5;
- Passives: a rating of 4;
- Detractors: a rating of 1, 2 or 3.
The score is the share of promoters minus the share of detractors, from -100 to +100. A badge qualifies it: Excellent from 50, Good above 0, Average above -30, Poor below.
Completion Rate
Section titled “Completion Rate”The Completion Rate card compares finished forms (Completed) with those started and left unfinished (Dropped).
Detailed Responses
Section titled “Detailed Responses”The Detailed Responses table lists each response with its Submission Date, its Status (Completed or In Progress) and one column per question. Ratings are shown as stars.
The top cards are calculated from the responses loaded in this table.
Get an AI summary
Section titled “Get an AI summary”-
In the Detailed Responses table, click Generate AI Summary.
-
A Feedback Analysis panel opens on the right and the summary is written as you watch, in four parts: what worked well, what did not work, attendees’ suggestions and recommendations for next time.
Each summary uses one AI credit from your plan: see AI in Sweescape. If you close the panel, clicking the button again reopens the same summary without using a credit, as long as you do not reload the page.
