The dashboard
The web app where you create your events, tickets and ticketing pages, and manage your attendees and your account. Its header reads “SweeBadge”.
Sweescape is a ticketing platform for event organizers. You sell your tickets on a page under your own name and in your own colors, on your own domain if you wish, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account.

Event. Everything starts here. You create an event in one of two ways: with ticketing, to sell tickets online, or by importing a list of attendees from a CSV file, for a guest list with no sales.
Tickets. These are the ticket types of an event: “Early bird”, “Regular”, “VIP”… Each one has its own price and quantity. The prices you enter include VAT: they are what the buyer pays.
Ticketing page. This is the page where the public buys tickets. You design it with the page builder, then publish it and share its link.
Attendees. These are the people registered for an event: buyers, imported people and people you add by hand. Each of them receives an invitation that contains their ticket and QR code. The dashboard calls them “Participants”.
Audiences. These are your contact databases, built from your past events or from imported files.
Campaigns. These are the emails you send to an audience, for example to announce your next party.
Automations. These are messages sent automatically to the attendees of an event on the date you choose: a reminder the day before, a feedback request the day after…
Codes. These are the promo codes and access codes that buyers enter on the ticketing page.
Extensions. They add features to your events, from the catalog or by building your own.
Brand. This is the unit of your plan. A brand comes with one Stripe account, one ticketing domain, one email sending domain and one team access. Your plan sets the number of brands.
