Available extensions
Five extensions are published on the marketplace today, all made by Sweescape (author “Sweescape Team”, version 1.0.0). Their names and settings are written in French. Once activated on the event, each one adds a block to the last category of the page editor, currently labelled OTHER: see Install and activate an extension.

Good to know about settings
Section titled “Good to know about settings”- Setting labels are written by the extension’s author, in French for these five extensions, whatever the dashboard language. Some are followed by an example or a clarification, which the tables below shorten.
- Option lists show technical values (
event-start,cards,north…): their meaning is explained below. - Ticket-type settings list the event’s tickets (“Choisir un billet”, choose a ticket).
- The fixed texts of these extensions are in French (for example “jours”, “Complet”, “Disponible”). On a ticketing page in English or Spanish, prefer the text settings you can type yourself, or the page editor’s native blocks.
- Figures are read when the page loads: spots left, prices, dates. A visitor sees the values from the moment they opened the page.
Compte à rebours & urgence (countdown)
Section titled “Compte à rebours & urgence (countdown)”Shows a countdown in days, hours, minutes and seconds, updated every second. Optionally, a bar shows the spots left for a ticket. Permissions: ui:render, event:read, ticket:read.

The bar shows “Plus que N places” (only N spots left) or “Complet” (sold out), and turns red from 5 spots left. Its length is only indicative: it does not show the share of the quota sold.
Bandeau de rareté (early bird) (scarcity banner)
Section titled “Bandeau de rareté (early bird) (scarcity banner)”Shows a colored banner such as “🔥 Plus que 12 places en early bird !” when a ticket’s stock falls below a threshold, then a “sold out” message when it runs out. The number comes from the real stock. Permissions: ui:render, ticket:read.

Aperçu des billets (ticket overview)
Section titled “Aperçu des billets (ticket overview)”Shows the list of tickets on sale for the event, as a list or as cards, with their price and availability. Tickets hidden behind a code are not included. This block is informative only: it does not open the purchase window, so add a buy button next to it. Permissions: ui:render, ticket:read.

Above the threshold, a ticket shows “Disponible” (available) in green. From the threshold, the availability text shows in red. A sold-out ticket is greyed out with its badge. With no ticket on sale, the block shows “Aucun billet pour le moment.” (no tickets yet).
Infos pratiques (practical info)
Section titled “Infos pratiques (practical info)”Shows the event’s date and time, formatted automatically, followed by information you type in (venue, access, contact…). If you change the event’s dates, the block follows. Permissions: ui:render, event:read.

Plan de salle (générique) (seating plan)
Section titled “Plan de salle (générique) (seating plan)”Shows a seating plan: your seating sections around a focal element (stage, screen, pitch…). The buyer picks a section, then a seat; the purchase window opens straight on that section’s ticket, for that seat. Sold seats and seats in an ongoing purchase are greyed out, and Sweescape refuses to sell the same seat twice. Permissions: ui:render, ticket:read, participant:write.

Each section has these settings:

Block seats
Section titled “Block seats”A blocked seat shows greyed out as “Réservée” (reserved) and cannot be bought. Use it for guests, the control booth or a restricted-view seat.
- Blocked rows: the section id, a hyphen, the row number.
fosse-1blocks the whole first row of the pit. - Blocked seats: the section id, the row and the seat.
fosse-3-5blocks seat 5 of row 3.
Separate several values with a comma, a space or a line break.
What the buyer sees
Section titled “What the buyer sees”- The overview shows the sections around the focal element, each with its name, price and number of free seats out of the total. A full section can no longer be clicked.
- Clicking a section shows its seats, row by row, with a legend: free, your seat, sold, reserved. “← Retour au plan” goes back to the overview.
- Clicking a free seat opens the purchase window on the section’s ticket, with that seat. The buyer fills in their details and pays. The seat is held for them in the meantime.
Each purchase from this plan covers one seat. To buy two seats, the buyer starts again from the plan.
If two buyers click the same seat at the same time, the second one sees “This seat is no longer available, please choose another one.” (in the language of the page).
The purchased seat is saved on the attendee, in the seat column (for example fosse-3-5) and the zone column (the section name). You find them in the attendee list.
Setup tips
Section titled “Setup tips”- Link a ticket to each section. Without a ticket, clicking a seat shows “Cette section n’a pas encore de billet associé.” (this section has no linked ticket yet).
- Do not hide these tickets behind a code: the plan could no longer sell them.
- Do not offer the same tickets through a regular buy button on the page: they could be bought without a seat. Keep separate tickets for the plan.
- Test before publishing, with the editor’s Preview button: check prices, the layout of the sections and the blocked seats.
